Ferrania P33

Ferrania P33, from the same Italian P-series as P30. There is no research file on this one, so this page goes by what the rolls in the set actually show.

How it behaves

What the frames show: a contrasty black and white with deep blacks and clean highlights, closer in spirit to P30 than to a forgiving everyday stock. One roll here is mountain country and an animal skull. The other is a dog fair. Both came back punchy.

Questions people ask

What is Ferrania P33?

One of Ferrania’s P-series stocks, a sibling of the P30 cinema film. Beyond that, the record on this roll is thin: no speed or production data is documented here, so the page sticks to what the frames show.
