The slow one in the Kentmere family. Made by Harman in the same factory as Ilford. Fine grain, honest tones, student prices.

How it behaves

A great daylight black and white film. Expose it well and it sings. Cheap enough to shoot freely. It has medium contrast, a broad tonal range, and good sharpness. Latitude is forgiving, roughly ISO 50-200 per Harman data. No reciprocity compensation is needed from 1/10,000s to 1s.
